Paperless by David Sparks on Apple Books

As with all his books, I wish it was a little less about specific apps and devices, and a little more about actual and potential workflows, but it’s a good book.
I think it serves as a model of how ebooks should evolve over the next couple of years. Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. This is the sort of thing that books on a tablet  make possible.

Paperless By David Sparks Review
Of most value if you have an iPhone, iPad and Mac. It is pretty big. This e-book for Apple iBooks only is done quite well. I’ve often threatened to go paperlexs but in the end allowed inertia to win the day. I found the overlap of these workflows to be daunting and I wish he had lain out a specific use case for each naming workflow. As someone interested in reducing their footprint on this planet, the book was very helpful in teaching me how to become as close to paperless as possible.

David’s Paperless Workflow The author explain his “go-to” applications, hardware, and tricks for managing paperless documents. David is the host along with Katie Floyd and in my opinion carries the show. And I say this even though I am very much a bibliophile. It is pretty crazy. Gives some great tips and techniques! It is iPad only.
Want to Read Currently Reading Read. The format of this book is wonderful. It’s a beautiful book and for that alone it deserves 5 stars but the content is useful and practical if not costly.
I like the thought behind a landscape style layout. Very practical guide to going paperless. The discussion of the pros and cons of cloud storage were valuable. Change can be difficult, but tremendously rewarding. I wished there were more in the book that were helpful, but that may be more about me and my tracking down helps for this and similar optimizations of productivity than anything to do with the book.
